1. Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Return Policy:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you have several options:

1.1. About your customer account

• Log in to your account:
• In the **Email** field, enter your email address and then click **Next**.
• Open the email sent by our store in your email account and copy the
• six-digit confirmation code in the email.
• Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
• If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return.
• Click on the order for which you wish to request a return.
• Select a return reason and add a note for the shop.
• Click **Request a Return**. If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label.
• If the product is returned without damage, you will receive your refund.

1.2. by email

You can also inform us of your cancellation by email. Send us the order number for cancellation to the following email address: office@westhype.com. After successful verification, a return label will be sent to your email address. Print out this return label, stick it on the package and hand it in to the parcel service provider defined on the return label.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of revocation (withdrawal)

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. You must return the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract:

3. When does the right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) no longer apply?

The right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) does not apply in the event of any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning. The right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) also does not apply to products which are delivered in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
